Mentoring ProgramMentoring is a valuable career development opportunity for both mentors and mentees, and a great opportunity to meet your colleagues from across DHS.
DHS AAPIN will begin accepting applications on January 30, 2021 for mentors and mentees for the FY 2021 class. FY 2021 Mentoring Program Timeline:
The AAPIN Mentoring Program is open to all DHS employees, from headquarters and components offices: our goal is to match applicants across organizational boundaries. Mentees do not need to be new to the federal government. Some of the most successful mentoring relationships are between mid-level employees and senior leaders. Note: You must be a dues-paying member of DHS AAPIN to participate in this program. Click here to find out more about becoming a DHS AAPIN member. Applications (available for download) ![]()
